2. HC FGDP – People Acquisition & Development Staff
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least M.Psi / S.Psi degree
- Psychologists and/or assessor certifications are an advantage
- Fresh graduates from reputable universities
- Willing to work in Cilamaya, Karawang
- The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)
- Capable to work effectively and precisely with minimum supervision
- Has a mature personality, self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to make a plan to achieve the target
- Good in communication, critical thinking, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in the use of MS. Office Programs
3. Environmental Specialist
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduate in environmental engineering or chemical engineering from a well-known university or reputable university
- Good analytical, accurate with statistics and written reports, well organized, and exercise sound judgment in decision making
- Attention to detail, thorough, with good analytical skill
- Having a mature personality, good attitude, open-minded for working in a team, and self-motivated
- Good communication in English both oral and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent in writing and presentation skills
