Associate Manager, Production Line Maintenance
The Maintenance Manager for Production Control is responsible for managing a team of Maintenance Technicians to support automated material flow equipment for Production Control. This role is vital to meet production demand and improve operations by hiring and training Associates, drive continuous improvements to meet quality standards and optimize flow, capacity, ergonomics, safety, etc.
What You’ll Do
- Direct leadership of maintenance crews covering a 24/7 operating capability to drive OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Enforce company directives and accommodate business demands
- Create, track & use metrics that emphasizes safety, quality, efficiency & cost
- Track and improve Mean Time Between Failures and reduce Mean Time to Repair
- Maintain and ensure compliance with process documentation for standardized work
- Promote cross training, job flexibility and versatility of staff, including development of training schedule
- Understand machine capacity and implement equipment contingency plans
What You’ll Bring
- Possess and demonstrate leadership skills in aproduction environment
- 5+ years’ experience supervising large teams
- Experience resolving conflict
- Experience in hiring and developing team members and leaders
- Experience in new product development and launch activities
- Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines

$96,000 – $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
